
The ThirtyPlus moisture sensor is fully integrated into the LB system. Bale moisture is automatically measured via twin conductivity star wheels giving the operator a live reading of the crop contacting the sensor and average moisture of the preceding bale via the baler terminal
The system functions by transmitting an electrical signal multiple times per second trough the bale, this signal alternates to be unaffected by inconsistent drying of the swath caused by wind direction

By using twin sensors and measuring the voltage resistance between them the system accurately measures moisture locked inside the stem which is hidden from pad and hand probe systems
Using the twin star wheel gives unrivalled accuracy due to its highly efficient electricity transfer through the bale, this system is self-calibrating requiring no operator adjustment as bale density changes, it has a working range between 8-70%
Moisture systems can be upgraded to operate automatic application and bale traceability equipment
